Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Esmolol combined with low-dose Amiodarone in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmi.Methods From August 2017 to August 2019, a total of 60 cases of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia patients from the Fifth People′s Hospital of Shenyang were chosen as the research objects, they were divided into observation group (32 cases) and control group (28 cases) according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Amiodarone alone, on this basis, the observation group was treated with Esmolol, the cardiac function indexes, electrocardiogram indexes and treatment effect were compared between two groups.Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in cardiac function between the groups(P>0.05); after treatment, the left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV) and left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV) in two groups were lower than those before treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) was higher than that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, the LVEDV and LVESV in the observation group were lower than those in control group, and LVEF was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment, electrocardiogram indexes of the two groups were compared, the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05); after treatment, heart rate and Q-T interval values of two groups were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, heart rate and Q-T interval of observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The totla therapeutic effect of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Esmolol combined with low-dose Amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with arrhythmia can play a synergistic effect, effectively improve the patient′s heart function, and has a definite effect.It is an ideal medication plan.
