Abstract

Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection plays an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric polyps.Different types of gastric polyps and Hp infections in different parts have their own characteristics and differences.Due to the widespread use of proton pump inhibitors (PPI) and the excessive eradication of Hp, the pathological type of patients with gastric polyps is changing, and fundic gland polyps have gradually surpassed hyperplastic polyps as the main pathological type.This article aims to improve the detection rate and accuracy of endoscopic diagnosis and reduce the misdiagnosis rate of endoscopic diagnosis through comprehensive domestic and foreign studies on the various pathological types of gastric polyps, the characteristics of gastric polyps in different parts and the differences in Hp infection rates, thereby improving the detection rate and accuracy of endoscopic diagnosis, reducing the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis of endoscopy, especially extremely important to the screening rate of early cancer and the prevention and control of cancer.
