Application of health education on knowledge,faith and action in the treatment of patients with threatened preterm delivery with Ritodrine Hydrochloride |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of knowledge,letter,practice and health education in the treatment of patients with threatened preterm delivery with Ritodrine Hydrochloride,and to provide reference for the clinical nursing program of patients with threatened preterm delivery.Methods A total of 84 patients with threatened prematurity who were treated in Xinglin Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,42 cases in each group.All patients were treated with Ritodrine Hydrochloride,the control group also used conventional nursing intervention,and the study group implemented health education and education for 7 days.Self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),self-rating depression scale (SDS) scores,quality of life (summary of quality of life measurement scale [QOL-BREF]) and patient satisfaction before and after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the QOL-BREF scores were higher than those of the control group,and satisfaction was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of Ritodrine Hydrochloride in patients with threatened premature birth,the implementation of health education on knowledge,belief and behavior can relieve their negative emotions,improve the quality of life and patient satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
