Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of standardized pelvic floor rehabilitation management on pelvic floor muscle strength, urinary incontinence and quality of life (QOL) in pregnant and delivery women. Methods A total of 92 cases of pregnant and delivery women admitted to Houjie Hospital of Dongguan City from January to June 2020 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group (46 cases) and the study group (46 cases).Conventional pelvic floor rehabilitation management was adopted in the control group, while standardized pelvic floor rehabilitation management was adopted in the study group. The pelvic floor muscle strength, urine leakage and QOL score of the two groups were compared. Results The pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The urine leakage in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the QOL scores of the two groups before management (P>0.05).The QOL scores of the study group after management were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The QOL scores of the two groups after management were both higher than those before management, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion For pregnant and delivery women, the application of standardized pelvic floor rehabilitation management can effectively enhance the pelvic floor muscle strength, improve the symptoms of urinary incontinence, and improve the QOL of pregnant and delivery women, which is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice.
