腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗肝胆管结石的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic choledochoscopy in the treatment of hepatobiliary calculi.Methods A total of 96 patients with hepatolithiasis admitted to the second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from May 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to difference of the operation treatment,they were divided into control group (48 cases) and combined group (48 cases).The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the combined group was treated with laparoscopy and choledochoscopy.The operation situation,complication rate and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,exhaust time,incision and hospitalization time of the combined group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding during the operation was less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of biliary fistula,biliary tract infection,stone residue and biliary bleeding in the combined group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional laparotomy,laparoscopic and choledochoscopy treatment for patients with hepatobiliary calculi can improve the surgical effect,reduce the incidence of complications,and ensure the safety of the treatment.It is worthy of popularization and use.
