Content determination of tanshinone Ⅰ,cryptotanshinone and tanshinoneⅡA in Yishen Juanbi Capsules by high performance liquid chromatography method |

Abstract Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography method for the simultaneous content determination of tanshinone Ⅰ,cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA in Yishen Juanbi Capsules.Methods The determination was performed on the column of Agilent 5 TC-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.02% phosphoric acid (75∶25),flowing at 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.Results Tanshinone Ⅰ,cryptotanshinone and tanshinone ⅡA showed good linear relationships in the ranges of 1.25-20.00 μg/mL (r=0.9999),5.05-80.78 μg/mL (r=1.0000),5.05-80.72 μg/mL (r=0.9999),respectively,and the average recoveries were 97.01%,98.07%,95.48% and the RSD was 2.70%,2.62%,1.62%,respectively,which met the requirements.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of Yishen Juanbi Capsules.
