Effect of placing Mirena intrauterine device after endometrial resection under the control of Nuoshu impedance in the treatment of adenomyosis |

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of placing Mirena intrauterine device after endometrial resection under the control of Nuoshu impedance in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with adenomyosis treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group (n=30) and the observation group (n=30) according to different treatment methods.In the control group,conventional hot-bulb endometrial resection was used,and in the observation group,Mirena intrauterine device was adopted after endometrial resection under the control of Nuoshu impedance.The clinical efficacy,complications,and menstrual volume,dysmenorrhea score,endometrial thickness,uterine volume before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effectiveness rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in menstrual volume,dysmenorrhea score,endometrial thickness,or uterine volume between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume in the two groups was less than that before treatment,the score of dysmenorrhea degree in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,the thickness of endometrium in the two groups was thinner than that before treatment,and the volume of uterus in the two groups was smaller than that before treatment (P<0.05).The menstrual volume in the observation group after treatment was less than that in the control group,the score of dysmenorrhea degree in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,the thickness of endometrium in the observation group after treatment was thinner than that in the control group,and the volume of uterus in the observation group after treatment was smaller than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no statistically significance in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Mirena intrauterine device after endometrial resection under the control of Nuoshu impedance in the treatment of adenomyosis is obvious,and the improvement of symptoms are better,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
