Application effect of interactive standard theory nursing intervention in patients with biphasic affective disorder |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of interactive standard theory in the nursing of patients with bipolar disorder (BP).Methods A total of 96 patients with BP admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the research group and the reference group according to the admission time,48 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group were given nursing intervention in the conventional mode,while the research group was given nursing intervention using the interactive standard theory.The quality of life and disease knowledge of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention were compared,and the medication compliance and nursing satisfaction were investigated and compared.Results Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in quality of life score and disease knowledge awareness score between the two groups (P>0.05).After the intervention,the scores of life quality and knowledge of disease knowledge of the two groups were higher than those before intervention and the scores of quality of life and awareness of disease knowledge in the research group were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The drug compliance and nursing satisfaction in the research group were 93.75% and 95.83% respectively,which were higher than those in the reference group (77.08%,82.5%),the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interactive standard theory to nursing intervention in patients with BP can improve the compliance of drug use and the correct cognition of the disease,so as to improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
