针对性护理在连续性血液净化患者感染预防中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on the prevention of infection in patients with continuous blood purification (CBP).Methods A total of 49 patients with CBP treated in our hospital from September 2017 to July 2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were divided into treatment group (28 cases) and control group (21 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given emergency room general nursing,the treatment group was given targeted nursing intervention.The changes of serological indexes before and after the intervention of the two groups,the incidence of infection,and health knowledge mastery of the two groups after the intervention were compared.Results After the intervention,interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα) in the treatment group were lower than that before the intervention,and IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of infection in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),and the health knowledge mastery rate of the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing can improve the serological indexes of patients with CBP,reduce the probability of infection,improve the overall health knowledge mastery of patients.
