舒适护理在高压氧治疗患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy.Methods A total of 300 patients with HBO treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects.By random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,150 cases in each group.In the control group,the basic nursing was used,while in the observation group,comfortable nursing was added besides the basic nursing.The self-rating depression scale (SDS) and the anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The total incidence of middle ear barotrauma and the number of treatments were also compared in the two groups.Results Comparison of SDS and SAS scores between two groups before nursing,the differences were no statistically significant (P＞0.05).After nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).The incidence of middle ear barotrauma in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The number of treatments in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing can effectively alleviate patient′s anxiety,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and the incidence of middle ear barotraumas,and improve the treatment effect.
