不同浓度布托啡诺在妊娠合并子宫瘢痕剖宫产术后镇痛中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of different concentrations of Butorphanol in analgesia after cesarean section for pregnancy with uterine scar.Methods A total of 480 pregnant women with uterine scar and cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into three groups according to the random number table method,with 160 cases in each group.Intravenous controlled analgesia was selected.The analgesics in group A were Butorphanol 150 μg/kg,combined with Sufentanil 1 μg/kg and Tropisetron 10 mg,which were then diluted to 100 ml with normal saline,and the controlled analgesia background infusion was 2 ml/h,the automatic dosage was 2 ml and intermittent time was 15 minutes.The concentration of Butorphanol in group B was reduced to 100 μg/kg on the basis of group A.The analgesic was Butorphanol 200 μg/kg,combined with Tropisetron 10 mg in group C.The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at 4,8,12,24h,and 48 h after surgery and incidence of adverse reactions of the three groups were observed and recorded.Results The VAS scores at 4,8,12,24h,and 48 h after surgery in group A were lower than those in group B and group C,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in VAS scores between group B and group C within 48 hours after surgery (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Butorphinol at a dose of 150 μg/kg is safe and effective for analgesia after cesarean section in pregnancy with uterine scar,and it is worth promoting.
