右佐匹克隆联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗失眠伴抑郁和（或）焦虑的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Dexzopiclone combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen in the treatment of insomnia with depression and(or)anxiety.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 144 cases of insomnia with depression and (or) anxiety admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different medication methods,they were divided into group A (n=46),group B (n=48),and group C (n=50).Group A was treated with Dexzopiclone,group B was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen,and group C was treated with Dexzopiclone combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen.The scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) were compared among the three groups.The treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) score and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results The HAMD and HAMA scores of patients in group B and C after treatment were lower than those of group A,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HAMD and HAMA scores between group B and group C (P>0.05).The PSQI score of group C after treatment was lower than that of group A and group B,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TESS score and total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion The patients of insomnia with depression and (or) anxiety were treated with Dexzopiclone Tablets combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen,the patients′ clinical anxiety and depression were significantly improved and well tolerated,worthy of clinical application.
