综合性社区护理对糖尿病患者服药依从性及血糖水平的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the influence of comprehensive community nursing on medication compliance and blood sugar level in diabetic patients,and to provide reference for glycemic control and nursing mode in diabetic patients.Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated in Yantian District from May 2014 to May 2015 were randomly selected and they were divided into routine group and intervention group according to the random grouping method,and there were 60 cases in each group.Routine group was given routine medication,diet and exercise guidence,etc. while intervention group received comprehensive community nursing.Blood glucose and related indexes,medication compliance,lifestyle changes,health knowledge and cognition between the two groups were compared.Results The patients in the intervention group were fasting blood glucose to (7.88±1.45) mmol/L,and other related indicators have improved significantly compared with normal group (P<0.01).The compliance of intervention group was significantly improved,with statistical significance compared with the control group (P<0.01).Living habits in patients of the intervention group had been improved significantly,and there was statistical significance compared with the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Knowledge of diabetes mellitus and master degree in patients of the intervention group had been improved significantly,and there was statistical significance compared with the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion comprehensive community nursing path can significantly improve the blood glucose levels in diabetic patients, improve patient compliance and improve the living habits of patients, and significantly increased in patients with diabetes related knowledge, can be widely used in the daily care of diabetic patients in the community as a unit.
