PSA及相关参数对PSA＜4.0 ng/ml前列腺癌的诊断价值

Abstract Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of prostate specific antigen (PSA)and its related parameters for prostate cancer with PSA＜4.0 ng/ml.Methods A total of 320 cases of prostate biopsy with PSA＜4.0 ng/ml admitted to the 6th affiliated hospital of Guangzhou medical university and Zhongshan hospital of Guangdong medical university from January to December 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the pathological results of the biopsy,they were divided into 53 cases of prostate cancer(PCA)and 267 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).The total prostate specific antigen(tPSA),free prostate specific antigen(fPSA),f/t PSA and pathological data were collected and divided into 5 intervals of 0.01-0.08,0.09-0.16 and 0.17 according to the f/t PSA ratio.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in tPSA and fPSA values (P＞0.05).The f/t PSA value in PCA group was lower than that in BPH group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The PCA detection rates of the two groups of patients in f/t PSA 0.09-0.16,0.17-0.24,0.25-0.32 were statistically significant(P＜0.05),while the PCA detection rates of the two groups of patients in f/t PSA 0.01-0.08,0.33-0.40 were not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion PSA and PSA-related parameters have a good diagnostic value for the patients with prostate cancer with PSA＜4.0 ng/ml.
