弥漫间质性肺疾病患者支气管肺泡灌洗液及血清炎症介质表达的研究

Abstract Objective To study and analyze the expression levels of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum inflammatory mediators of patients with diffuse interstitial lung disease.Methods A total of 96 patients with diffuse interstitial lung disease in our hospital from December 2009 to October 2017 were selected as the observation group,96 healthy persons at the same time were selected as the control group.Then the expression levels of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum inflammatory mediators of two groups and observation group with different stages were compared,then the relationship between the detection indexes and diffuse interstitial lung disease were analyzed by the Logistic analysis.Results The expression levels of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum inflammatory mediators of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the expression levels of the observation group with higher stages were higher than those of patients with lower stages(P＜0.05).Logistic analysis showed those mediators all had close relationship to the diffuse interstitial lung disease (P＜0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and serum inflammatory mediators of patients with diffuse interstitial lung disease are higher,and differences of patients with different stages are significant,so they can be as the reference indexes for diagnosis and treatment of disease.
