彩色多普勒超声和超声造影在卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the application value of color Doppler ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors.MethodsFrom January 1,2016 to September 20,2017,100 patients with ovarian tumor confirmed by pathological examinations and treated in our hospital were enrolled as research objects.They were all examined by color Doppler ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound successively.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the two methods were compared.Besides,the parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound on benign or malignant tumors were observed and compared.ResultsThe sensitivity (96.00%),specificity (92.00%)and accuracy(94.00%)of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in detection of patients with ovarian tumors were higher than those of color Doppler ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).In Contrast-enhanced ultrasound,the initial increase time,peak time and perfusion intensity of benign ovarian tumors were(25.73±2.31)s,(27.92±5.18)s,and(6.05±3.29)dB,which were displayed statistical differences compared with those in malignant lesions(P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors,contrast-enhanced ultrasound has high sensitivity and accuracy,and the clinical value is more important than color Doppler ultrasound.
