消渴丸联合甘精胰岛素对新诊2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效观察

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoke pill combining with insulin glargine in newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetic patientswhose glycosylated hemoglobin wasmore than 9.0%.Methods 60 newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetesmellitus patients in our department of endocrinology from March to September in 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group（group A）and the control group（group B），30 cases in each group.On the basis of the dietary control and exercise in the two groups，oral administration of Xiaoke pill in group A and glibenclamide in group B at 30 minutes before threemeals was provided respectively.Injection of insulin glargine in fixed time at night was implemented in the two groups.The course of treatment was lasted for 12 weeks.The fasting blood-glucose（FPG）and 2-hour postprandial glucose （2 h PG），glycosylated hemoglobin　（HbA1c），bodymass index　（BMI），and occurrence condation of hypoglycemia before and after treatment in the two groupswas compared.Results The level of FPG，2 h PG，and HbA1c after treatment in the two groupswas lower than that before treatment，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）. The level of FPG，2 h PG，and HbA1c after treatment in the group A was lower than that in the group B after treatment，with significant difference　（P＜0.05）.There was no significant difference in BMI before and after therapy in the two groups（P＞0.05），and therewas no hypoglycemia occurred in the two groups.Conclusion Xiaoke pill combining with insulin glargine can effectively reduce the blood glucose in newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetesmellitus patients with little influence on body weight at advantages of safety，convenience，and high compliance，it isworthy of clinical promotion and application.
