替格瑞洛在缺血性脑卒中患者抗血小板治疗中的效果观察

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Ticagrelor in the antiplatelet treatment of the patients with ischemic stroke.Methods 128 patientswith ischemic stroke from January 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into 43 patients of the observation group（using Ticagrelor combined with Simvastatin），43 patients of the control group A（using Aspirin plus Simvastatin），42 cases of the control group B（using Clopidogrel combined with Simvastatin）. The indexes of the prothrombin time（PT），activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）and thrombin time（TT），platelet aggregation，D-dimer（DD），fibrinogen（Fib），AT-Ⅲplasma endothelin-1（ET-1），thromboxane B2（TXB2），6-ketoprostaglandin F1α（6-keto-PGF1α）and the incidence rate of adverse events was compared in the three groups.Results There was significant difference in the indexes of the PT，TT，APTT，platelet aggregation，AT-Ⅲ，DD，Fib，ET-1，TXB2，6-Keto-PGF1αbefore and after treatment among the three groups（P＜0.05）.There was significant difference in the value of TT among the three groups（F=6.99，P＜0.05）.The incidence rate of the gastrointestinal adverse symptoms，fecal occult blood positive in the observation group was lower than that the control group A，with significant difference（P＜0.01）.The incidence rate of the gastrointestinal adverse symptoms，fecal occult blood positive，adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that the control group B，with significant difference（P＜0.01）.Conclusion The effect of Ticagrelor in the antiplatelet treatment of ischemic stroke is similar to Aspirin and Clopidogrel，but side effects is less than them.Ticagrelor is no resistance phenomenon of Aspirin and Clopidogrel after treatment.
