药学干预对Ⅰ类切口围手术期使用抗菌药物的评估分析

Abstract ObjectiveTo study the evaluation value of pharmaceutical intervention on perioperative antibiotic use in patients with typeⅠ incision.MethodsA total of 200 patients with typeⅠ incision from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected and they were randomly divided into two groups,and there were 100 cases in each group.In the non-intervention group,the perioperative antibiotics were treated with conventional drugs,and the intervention group was not used. The pharmaceutical intervention was used in the intervention group.Rational application rate of antibiotics,average hospitalization time,the average cost of antimicrobial agents,the average cost of hospitalization;the specific situation of irrational use;the quality of life between two groups were compared.ResultsThe rational application rate of antimicrobial agents in the intervention group was 93.00%,and it was higher than that in the non-intervention group(P<0.05).The average hospitalization time,the average cost of antimicrobial agents and the average cost of hospitalization were less than those in the non-intervention group(P<0.05).7 cases with the irrational medication are improper drug selection.And all patients with irrational medication in non-intervention group included drug selection inappropriate 18 cases,12 hours of inappropriate administration,continuous medication time inappropriate 3 cases,the replacement of drugs based on 1 case (some of which patients can occur simultaneously 2 or the above irrational use of drugs).The quality of life was significantly better in the intervention group than that in the untreated group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of pharmacy intervention on the use of antimicrobial agents in the perioperative period of typeⅠ incision is effective,which can effectively improve the rational application rate of antimicrobial agents,shorten the average hospital stay,reduce the cost of hospitalization and antimicrobial expenses,improve the quality of life after surgery,and it is worthy of promotion.
