Application effect of staged health education model in assisted reproductive technology for pregnant patients |

Abstract Objective To analyze and study the application effect of assisted reproductive technology for pregnant patients by using staged health education model.Methods From January 20 to March 10 in 2017,56 patients with the help of assisted reproductive technology for pregnancy were enrolled.They were evenly divided into observation group and control group.In the control group,the conventional health education model was used,and in the observation group,the staged health education model was adopted.The nursing satisfaction by these participants and scores of mastering health education were compared between the two groups.Results After staged health education in the observation group,the scores of knowledge mastery in the fourth stage,third stage,second stage,and first stage were (95.12±1.45) points,(90.15±1.59) points,(85.45±1.45) points and (86.29±2.49) points,which were all higher than those in the control group,(70.11±0.25) points,(72.29±1.65) points,(36.11±2.45) points and(50.21±2.78) points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 89.29%,significantly higher than that the control group accounting for 64.29%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of staged health education model in assisted reproductive technology for pregnant patients has a remarkable nursing effect,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
