| Curative effect observation of active silver ion antibacterial gel(Yin Er Shu)in the treatment of senile vaginitis |

Abstract ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical curative effect of active silver ion antibacterial gel(Yin Er Shu)in senile vaginitis(atrophic vaginitis).M ethodsFrom August 2015 to February 2016,60 cases of patientswith senile vaginitis in our hospital were selected and devided into observation group and control group by the random digital table method,each group had 30 patients.The observation group was treated with active silver ion antibacterial gel(Yin Er Shu),while the control group was treated with Metronidazole vaginal delivery.The clinical efficacy and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,20 patients were cured,27 cases were effective,3 cases of invalid and 1 case of recurrence,the total effective rate was 90%in the observation group.After treatment,12 patients were cured,4 caseswere effective,10 cases of invalid and 4 cases of recurrence,the total effective rate was 53.3%in the control group.The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.33%vs.13.3%),the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe application of active silver ion antibacterial gel(Yin Er Shu)in the treatment of patientswith senile vaginitis has good clinical effect,with high safety,which isworthy ofwide application.
