远端取穴结合运动疗法治疗肱骨外上踝炎的临床研究

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of distal acupoint combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.M ethodsFrom March 2016 to March 2017,80 patientswith external humeral epicondylitis treated in our hospitalwere selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treeated with conventional needling,thatwas encircling needling plus point-selection along the channel.In the observation group,encircling needling plus distal acupoint and exercise therapy was adopted.After 3-week treatment,changes of elbow activity,SF-MPQ score and clinical therapeutic effectwere compared in the two groups.ResultsThe angle of forearm pronation and the flexion angle of the elbow of the two groups after treatmentwas significantly larger than that before treatment,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The angle of forearm pronation and the flexion angle of the elbow in the observation group after treatmentwas significantly larger than that in the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The total PRIscore,the VASscore and PPIscore after treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than 72.5%in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).ConclusionCombination of the distal acupoint combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis can obtain a favorable effect and isworthy of promotion.
