心理治疗对改善产后抑郁发作患者人际关系的效果评价

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of psychological therapy on improving interpersonal relationship in postpartum depression patients.M ethodsClinical data from 100 patients with postpartum depression attack treated and cooperated with follow-up visits in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different intervention methods,they were evenly divided into two groups.The conventional antidepressant drugs and routine nursingwere provided in both groups.Besides,the psychological therapy was added in the observation group.The Edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),dysfunctional attitude questionnaire(DAS),and interpersonal problem questionnaire(IIP)were used to test for patients in two groups before intervention,and the end of 3-and 6-month after intervention.ResultsAfter 3-and 6-month interventions,the total score of each scale in the observation group was in great change and was displayed statistical difference compared with that before treatment(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group after intervention,the total scores of these scales in the observation group were also in statistical difference(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).ConclusionPsychotherapy therapy can significantly improve the interpersonal relationship and social function of patientswith postpartum depression attack and it has a remarkable effect.
