标准化视频宣教模式在脑瘫患儿康复中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of standardized video education mode in the rehabilitation of children patients with cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 80 children patients with cerebral palsy who were admitted to Jiangxi Ganzhou People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and given rehabilitation treatment.They were divided into two groups by the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine education, and the observation group was given standardized video education. The effectiveness of education, rehabilitation, and total nursing satisfaction of the patients' family members were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no significant difference in health knowledge scores between the two groups(P＞0.05). After nursing, the health knowledge score of the observation group was (90.38±4.16) points, which was higher than that of the control group of (85.74±6.53) points, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After nursing, the rehabilitation compliance score of the observation group was (10.29±1.32) points, which was higher than that of the control group of (8.64±1.27) points, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than that of the control group (70.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of family members of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than that of the control group of 80.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of standardized video education in the rehabilitation of children patients with cerebral palsy can help improve the knowledge level of family members, improve the compliance of children patients with rehabilitation treatment,and improve the rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction.
