图像引导放疗中两种验证方式的比较研究

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) and two-dimensional kilovolt (2D-kV) on the set-up error, and find a verification method that is more suitable for clinical daily use. Methods Fifty patients receiving IMRT in First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from March to October 2016 were selected, including 20 in the head and neck group, 15 in the thoracic and abdomen group, and 15 in the pelvic group.Image-guided radiotherapy was performed every day, CBCT was performed once a week, and 2D-kV was used for the remaining four days to compare the registration errors. Results A total of 1320 groups of images were obtained. There were no statistical differences in the error comparison between CBCT and 2D-kV in the three directions of vertical(Vrt), longitudinal (Lng), and lateral (Lat) (P＞0.05). Conclusion The registration accuracy of CBCT and 2D-kV verification methods are equivalent, but 2D-kV has shorter time-consuming, less shooting restrictions, suitable for clinical daily use.
