| Effect comparison of Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin and Clopidogrel combined with Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral ischemic stroke |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin and Clopidogrel combined with Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 71 patients with acute cerebral ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected as observation objects.By drawing lots,they were divided into the experimental group (35 cases)and the control group (36 cases).In the control group,Clopidogrel combined with Aspirin was provided,while in the experimental group,Clopidogrel combined with Edaravone was applied.The Barthel index,ESS socre,NIHSS score,and clinical efficacy before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the Barthel index,ESS score and NIHSS score between the two groups before treatment(P＞0.05).The Barthel index in the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the NIHSS score in the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,with significant difference (P＜0.05).The Barthel index in the experimental group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,and the NIHSS score in the experimental group after treatment was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the ESS score between the two groups at admission (P＞0.05).The ESS score of the experimental group after treatment at 2 and 4 weeks was lower than that of the control group,with significant difference(P＜0.05).The clinical total effective rate in the experimental group was 91.43%,which was much higher than 72.22%in the control group,with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Combination of Clopidogrel and Edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral ischemic stroke is safe and effective,and can significantly improve the neurological impairment in patients,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
