Abstract Objective To explore the influence of team resource management model nursing intervention on neurological function and language function of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from February 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observer control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was given team resource management model nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing care.The clinical treatment efficiency indexes were compared between the two groups;the European stroke scores (ESS) before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups;the changes of language ability before and after nursing intervention in two groups were compared;the incidence of complications during the nursing intervention of thrombolytic therapy was compared between the two groups.Results The time of diagnosis and application of thrombolytic drug in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After intervention,the ESS score in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The language ability score in observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Dure that nursing intervention of thrombolytic therapy,the total incidence of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of team resource management mode nursing management for acute cerebral infarction can effectively shorten the effective treatment time and improve the prognosis of patients' neurological function,so it can improve language function and reduce complications.
