Abstract Objective To observe the application of narcotic analgesic drug Nabuphine Hydrochloride in painless gastroscopy. Methods A total of 100 patients who planned to undergo painless gastroscopy in the Outpatient Clinic of Fengtai You′anmen Hospital of Beijing from January to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 50 patients in each group.Group A was analgesic with Propofol combined with Nalbuphine Hydrochloride.Group B was anaesthetised with Propofol. The mean arterial pressure (MAP) and heart rate (HR) were recorded before anesthesia (T0),gastroscope insertion (T1),gastroscope withdrawn (T2),and 15 min after the operation (T3).Besides,the operation time, awakening time,Propofol dose, and incidence of adverse reactions were recorded. Results MBP and HR of two groups at T1 and T2 were lower than those at T0,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At T1 and T2,MBP levels in group A were higher than those in group B,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At T2,the HR level of group A was higher than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The time of awakening in group A was shorter than that in group B,and the amount of propofol was less than that in group B,with statistical significances (P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion In painless gastroscopy, the combined application of Nalbuphine Hydrochloride has stable circulation, quick awakening from anesthesia, and low incidence of adverse reactions. It is a good medication choice.
