Objective To explore the clinical effect of Magnesium sulfate combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods A total of 100 patients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome admitted to Huangshi Love and Health Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group (50 cases) and the intervention group (50 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was selected Magnesium sulfate was used for treatment.The control group was treated with Magnesium sulfate,and the intervention group was treated with Magnesium sulfate combined with Nifedipine.The total effective rate,blood pressure changes,24 h urinary protein quantification and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and 24 h urinary protein levels in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with Nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension syndrome has significant clinical effect,can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce blood pressure,relieve proteinuria,worthy of promotion and application.
