Application effect of Low Weight Molecular Heparin combined with pregnancy nutrition interference and weight management use in the treatment for gestational metabolic syndrome |

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of Low Weight Molecular Heparin combined with pregnancy nutrition interference and weight management use in the treatment for gestational metabolic syndrome.Methods A total of 120 pregnant women with metabolic syndrome during pregnancy who were admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Zhuzhou People′s Hospital Affiliated to Changsha Medical University from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) by lotteries.The pregnant women in the control group received routine examination and management of high-risk pregnancy, and the pregnant women in the treatment group received Low Molecular Weight Heparin therapy and nutritional weight management during pregnancy from 24 to 28 weeks of gestation.Platelet, coagulation routine, D-dimer, blood lipid routine indexes and maternal and infant complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in platelet, prothrombin time (PT), D-dimer, triacylglycerol and high-density lipoprotein between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).After intervention, platelet, PT, D-dimer and triglyceride in the treatment group were lower than those before intervention and lower than those in the control group, while high-density lipoprotein was higher than those before intervention and higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of maternal complications of preeclampsia, cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, premature rupture of membranes and polyhydramnios in treatment group was lower than that in control group,the incidence of premature birth, neonatal asphyxia, macrosomia and low birth weight in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Low Molecular Weight Heparin combined with nutritional weight management during pregnancy is effective for patients with metabolic syndrome during pregnancy.It can effectively prevent and cure pre-thrombosis, significantly reduce the blood lipid and the incidence of maternal and infant complications, and improve neonatal outcomes.
