综合护理配合中药封包、中药熏足对产妇产后康复的影响研究

Abstract Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine package and traditional Chinese medicine foot fumigation on postpartum rehabilitation of puerpera. Methods A total of 70 cases of parturients admitted to Ruijin Maternity and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into observation group (n=35) and control group (n=35)according to the random number table method. The control group adopts conventional nursing, and the observation group adopts comprehensive nursing with traditional Chinese medicine package and traditional Chinese medicine foot fumigation. The Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) score and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score, postpartum hemorrhage rate, hospitalization time, physical and mental recovery, lactation volume, quality of life, nursing total satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the HAMA score and HAMD score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The time of physical and mental recovery in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The lactation volume of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups (P ＞0.05). The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). The hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The use of comprehensive care combined with traditional Chinese medicine package and traditional Chinese medicine foot fumigation methods can effectively promote the postpartum recovery of the parturient, improve the nursing total satisfaction of the parturient, and effectively improve the comfort of the parturient postpartum recovery, which has good clinical application value.
