全程护理干预对二胎产妇产后抑郁的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of whole course nursing intervention on postpartum depression for second-born parturients. Methods Altogether 110 pregnant women with second born treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group (55 cases) and the intervention group (55 cases) according to random number table method. The control group adopted the method of basic nursing during pregnancy, and the intervention group adopted the online psychological counseling and diversified intervention methods during pregnancy and delivery and after delivery on basis of the control group. Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) and social disability screening schedule (SDSS) were used to compare the depression, social function and satisfaction with nursing services before and after intervention between two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no statistically significant difference in HAMD and SDSS score between the two groups (P＞0.05); after the intervention, the HAMD and SDSS score of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group, with statistical differences (P＜0.01). The satisfaction of nursing service in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion The whole process nursing intervention can not only effectively improve the symptoms of postpartum depression for second-born parturients, but also enhance the social function of parturients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
