小儿急性细菌性结膜炎常见病原菌分析

Abstract Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of the main pathogens of acute conjunctivitis in children and to find effective antibiotics so as to provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods A total of 525 children with acute bacterial conjunctivitis treated in Guidong people's Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from February 2010 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects, they were cultured and tested for drug sensitivity, and the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens were analyzed. Results Altogether 313 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 525 samples, including 132 strains of Gram-negative bacteria, accounting for 33.87%, and 181 strains of Gram-positive bacteria, accounting for 66.13%. Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae and Staphylococcus aureus were the dominant bacteria in children with acute bacterial conjunctivitis. Gramnegative bacteria were the most sensitive to Piperacillin/Tazobactam, and Gram-positive bacteria were the most sensitive to Ofloxacin. Conclusion The antibiotic resistance of different bacteria in children with acute conjunctivitis is different, which should be analyzed and well treated.
