| Clinical effect of photodynamic therapy combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of cervical condyloma acuminatum patients with fertility needs |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of cervical condyloma acuminatum patients with fertility needs.Methods Sixty patients with cervix condyloma acuminata who had fertility needs admitted to the Jiangxi Provincial Dermatology Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table, they were divided into a control group(30 cases) and a study group (30 cases).The control group was treated with CO2 laser, and the study group was treated with photodynamic therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,human papilloma virus(HPV)clearance time, wound healing time, wound crusting time, total incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions, quality of life,and psychological status were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The HPV clearance time, wound healing time, and wound scab time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistical differences between the two groups of dermatological quality of life index (DLQI) scores, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores (P＞0.05);the DLQI score, HAMD score and HAMA score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the study group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Photodynamic therapy can effectively eliminate HPV in patients with cervical condyloma acuminata who need childbirth, promote wound healing, enhance curative effect, and have high safety, it can also effectively relieve negative emotions and improve their quality of life, the clinical effect is remarkable
