中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值、纤维蛋白原对卵巢囊肿蒂扭转疾病进展的预测价值

Abstract Objective To investigate the predictive value of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and fibrinogen (FIB)in the disease progression of ovarian cyst torsion.Methods Clinical data of 60 non-pregnant patients who were preoperatively diagnosed with ovarian cyst tortion and confirmed on intraoperative findings from January 2016 to March 2020 in Fujian Provincial Maternity and Children′s Health Hospital were retrospectively analyzed and classified into the normal group (n=23), congestive group (n=18) and necrotic group (n=19) depending on the postoperative histopathological examinations.The clinical data of the three groups were statistically analyzed.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves of the normal group and the hyperemic group, the necrotic group and the non-necrotic group were drawn respectively, and the clinical value of NLR and FIB in predicting torsion accessory hyperemia and necrosis was analyzed.Results The level of NLR in hyperemia group was higher than that in normal group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The level of FIB in the necrotic group was higher than that in the non-necrotic group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The area under curve (AUC) predicted by NLR and FIB were 0.785 and 0.771, the critical value was 3.11 and 2.91 g/L, respectively, and the sensitivity was 88.9% and 73.7%, respectively.Conclusion The NLR and FIB have predictive value in tissular congestion and necrosis of adnexal torsion to some extent.
