Application research of standardized patients combined with "microclass+flipped classroom" teaching mode in the practical teaching of Basic Nursing |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of standardized patients combined with "micro-class+flipped classroom" teaching mode in the practical teaching of Basic Nursing.Methods From September 2019 to January 2020,46 people from Class 1 of 2018 Nursing College of Huizhou Health Vocational And Technical College were selected as the observation group,and 42 people from Class 2 were selected as the control group.In the practical teaching of Basic Nursing,the observation group adopted the teaching mode of standardized patients combined with "micro-class+flipped classroom".The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode of "theory teaching-teacher teaching-group practice".After the teaching,the comprehensive test scores,teaching model scores and satisfaction with the teaching model of the two groups were compared.Results The overall score of comprehensive examination in the observation group([97.6±1.2]points)was higher than that in the control group([88.5±2.6]points),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).In the observation group,the scores for facilitating communication ability cultivation([91.6±9.9]points),promoting knowledge understanding and memory([75.1±9.9)points],exercising clinical adaptability([83.5±10.7]points),improving the ability of analyzing and solving problems([79.2±11.4]points),facilitating the mastery of skill operation([86.5±10.2]score)and stimulating learning initiative and developing cooperative consciousness([91.2±10.5]score)were higher than those of the control group([70.2±10.4],[61.0±10.5],[60.4±9.2],[60.5±10.2],[70.6±10.4],[67.1±10.4]points),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group with teaching mode(95.7%)was higher than that of the control group(76.2%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of standardized patients combined with "micro-class+flipped classroom" highlights the teaching concept of "student-oriented",which is conducive to the cultivation of thinking,practical and innovative talents,and is worthy of popularization and application in the practical teaching of Basic Nursing.
