Abstract Objective To explore the application of Alprostadil combined with Pantoprazole Sodium in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 58 patients with acute pancreatitis in the Department of Gastroenterology of the First the People′s Hospital of Changshu City from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to random number table method, with 29 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Pantoprazole Sodium, and the study group was treated with Alprostadil combined with Pantoprazole Sodium. The negative conversion rate of blood amylase, the rate of relief or disappearance of signs, the rate of relief or disappearance of symptoms, the clinical effect and the hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups after 5 and 10 days of treatment. Results The blood amylase negative conversion rate, sign remission or disappearance rate, symptom remission or disappearance rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group at 5 and 10 days after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cerebrovascular resistance(CVR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the study group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, and the heart rate(HR)was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Pantoprazole Sodium alone,Proprostadil combined with Pantoprazole Sodium in the treatment of acute pancreatitis can better relieve the signs and symptoms of patients, improve the hemodynamics, have more significant therapeutic effect, have higher application value, and are worthy of clinical promotion.
