Abstract Objective To analyze the application effect of integrated trauma emergency mode in surgical severe trauma emergency. Methods A total of 120 patients with severe surgical trauma admitted to the emergency department of Huizhou Huiyang Sanhe Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random numble table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received conventional emergency mode intervention, and the observation group received integrated trauma emergency mode intervention. The treatment success rate, emergency response time, coma status(Glasgow coma score[GCS])and trauma degree(abbre viated injury scale-injury severity score[AIS-ISS])were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of treatment in the observation group was 86.87%,higher than 68.33%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stay time in the emergency room, the time spent in special examination, the time between emergency and operation, the time between admission and operation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before emergency treatment, there were no significant differences in GCS and AIS-ISS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After emergency, the GCS scores of the two groups were higher than those before emergency, the AIS-ISS scores of the two groups were lower than those before emergency, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After emergency, the GCS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the AIS-ISS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated trauma emergency mode has a significant effect on surgical patients with severe trauma, which can significantly shorten the emergency response time, improve the success rate of treatment, and improve the doctor-patient relationship and the quality of life of patients.
