Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of cryoprecipitation in perioperative period of patients with portal hypertension(PHT)of liver cirrhosis. Methods A total of 86 patients with cirrhosis and PHT who were admitted to the Yichun People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from August 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases)according to the random lottery method. The control group was given blood components such as inactivated frozen plasma and leukocyte-free suspended red blood cells during the perioperative period, and the observation group was given cryoprecipitate during the perioperative period. The coagulation function, medical expenses, amount of leukocyte-removed suspended red blood cell in 24 hours, and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative plasma prothrombin time(PT)24 hours after infusion, activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),and D-Dimer(D-Dimer,D-D)level were lower than the control group, and the fibrinogen(FBG)level was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The medical expenses and the amount of leukocyte-removed and suspended red blood cells in 24 hours of the observation group were less than those of the control group, the hospital stay was shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of cryoprecipitation in cirrhosis patients with portal hypertension during perioperative period can improve the coagulation function of patients, reduce medical costs and shorten the length of hospital stay, which is worthy of promoting.
