Abstract Objective To study the clinical effect of mindfulness cognitive therapy combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with depression during treatment.Methods A total of 72 patients with depression admitted to Ganzhou Third People′s Hospital from August 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by randomization method,36 cases in each group.The control group was only treated with mindfulness cognitive therapy,the observation group received mindfulness cognitive therapy combined with comprehensive nursing intervention.Psychological state,quality of life,quality of sleep,satisfaction with intervention mode,occurrence of adverse events,time to return to normal mental state and total length of hospital stay were compared between two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of mental state and sleep quality in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of life quality in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the total incidence of adverse events in observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological state normalization time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness cognitive therapy combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the psychological state,sleep quality and quality of life of patients with depression,reduce adverse events,quickly restore the psychological state,shorten the length of hospital stay,and improve the satisfaction.
