Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Glycyrrhizin and Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury. Methods A total of 120 patients with drug-induced liver injury admitted to the Department of Psychiatry,Brain Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The observation group was given oral administration of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Enteric Coated Tablets and Tiopronin, combined with other conventional treatment;the control group was given oral administration of Compound Glycyrrhizin and Tiopronin, combined with other conventional treatment.Liver function indexes, inflammatory cytokine levels and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in alkaline phosphatase(ALP),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBil)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,The levels of ALP,ALT,AST and TBil in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of ALP,ALT,AST and TBil in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,The levels of IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of IL-6,IL-1β and TNF-α in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of digestive system symptoms and pseudo aldosteronism in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of cardiovascular system symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Enteric Coated Tablets,Tiopronin combined with other conventional treatment regimens have definite curative effect in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury, which can effectively improve the liver function indexes of patients, reduce liver injury, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, promote bile acid metabolism, and have higher safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
