Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of three-dimensional visualization and 3D data measurement in the treatment of esophageal gastric varices(EGV).Methods A total of 40 esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding patients suitable for endoscopic treatment who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected and divided into routine treatment group and 3D auxiliary group according to random number table method, with 20 cases in each group. The routine treatment group was given ultrasonic endoscopy combined with enhanced CT auxiliary treatment, while 3D auxiliary group was given three-dimensional observation and 3D measurement on basis of control group. The clinical curative effect was evaluated at 1 week after the end of treatment. The postoperative complications were observed. The two groups were followed up at 3,6 months and 1 year after treatment. The re-bleeding rate and mortality were statistically analyzed. Results There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in the total effective rate of esophageal varices and esophageal varices(P>0.05).The incidence of fever and chest pain in 3D auxiliary group was lower than that in routine treatment group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of re-bleeding at 1 year after treatment in 3D auxiliary group was lower than that in routine treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of three-dimensional visualization and 3D data measurement in the guidance of endoscopic EGV treatment is beneficial to reduce the occurrence risk of re-bleeding and complications.
