Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Oseltamivir on platelet and coagulation function in patients with pyemia. Methods From January 2108 to February 2020,a total of 59 patients with sepsis admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the research objects, and divided into the control group(n=29)and the Oseltamivir group(n=30)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional comprehensive, while the patients in the Oseltamivir group received Oseltamivir on the basis of routine treatment. The platelet parameters(activated clotting time of whole blood[ACT],clot rate[CR],platelet count[PLT],platelet function[PF])and coagulation function indicators(prothrombin time[PT],activated partial prothrombin time[APTT],fibrinogen[FBG])were compared between the two groups when entered the department and 1,3,5,7 days after treatment. Results After the treatment, the PLT and PF of the Oseltamivir group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment, the ACT,PF,PT,APTT and FBG of the Oseltamivir group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir can improve platelet and coagulation function significantly in patients with sepsis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
