Abstract Objective To study the effects of fine nursing of flat responsibility system on patients with laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing myomectomy in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shangrao Fifth People′s Hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into study group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to the random number table method.The study group applied fine nursing of flat responsibility system while control group was given regular nursing.The exhaust time,abdominal distension disappearance time,ambulation time,hospital stay,nursing quality after nursing,psychological status before and after nursing,occurrence of adverse reactions after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the exhaust time,abdominal distension disappearance time,ambulation time and hospital stay in study group were all shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of health education,basic nursing,prevention of complications,medication guidance and disease education in study group were all higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of SDS and SAS after nursing in study group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fine nursing of flat responsibility system can effectively promote the recovery,shorten the hospital stay,improve the poor psychological emotions and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.
