Abstract As the main subject of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinic,the reform and development of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine plays an important role in promoting the development of TCM teaching.Case-based learning(CBL)can increase students′ learning interest and enthusiasm,and help to develop students′clinical thinking ability and comprehensive ability.This article makes a preliminary exploration on the application of CBL in the teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,and provides reference for the later teaching.This article discusses the necessity,advantages,implementation,evaluation,significance and points for attention of the CBL.CBL is a teaching method suitable for TCM internal medicine,which is conducive to the training of qualified TCM doctors and can be popularized in future teaching.
