左甲状腺素钠片治疗妊娠期合并甲状腺功能减退的临床效果及对患者甲状腺激素水平变化的观察

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in the treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy and its influence on the change of thyroid hormone level. Methods A total of 46 patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy who were treated in Jinzhou Maternal and Child Hospital from July 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into control group (23 cases) and treatment group (23 cases) by coin toss. The control group was treated with Guifu Dihuang Pills and the treatment group was treated with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets.The therapeutic effect and the levels of thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine (FT3) and free thyroxine (FT4) were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group (95.65%) was higher than that of the control group (69.57%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in TSH, FT3 and FT4 levels between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, TSH level of the two groups was lower than before treatment, FT3 and FT4 indexes were higher than before treatment, and TSH index level of the treatment group was lower than the control group, FT3 and FT4 indexes were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets can improve the level of thyroid hormone in patients with hypothyroidism during pregnancy, and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
