胺碘酮注射液治疗急性心力衰竭并快速心律失常的临床效果

Abstract Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Amiodarone Injection in the treatment of acute heart failure and tachyarrhythmia.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute heart failure complicated with tachyarrhythmia admitted to the Department of Cardiology, Baiyun Hospital Affiliated to Guizhou Medical University from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and the study group was treated with Amiodarone Injection.The comprehensive effectiveness rate and physical indicators before and after treatment including diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR), and dynamic echocardiographic indicators including corrected QT interval (QTc) and QT dispersion (QTd), and cardiac function indicators including left ventricular systolic dimension (LVDS), left ventricular diastolic diameter (LVDD), left ventricular function (LVEF), cardiac index (CI), and 6-min walking distance of the two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, SBP, MAP and HR in the study group were lower than those in the control group, while DBP was higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05).After treatment, QTC of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and QTD of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After treatment, the LVEF and CI of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the 6-min walking distance was greate than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P＜0.05).After treatment, LVDS and LVDD in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The addition of Amiodarone Injection in the clinical treatment of patients with acute heart failure and tachyarrhythmia can exert a synergistic effect and enhance the treatment effectiveness.Meanwhile, it can greatly improve the physical indicators, dynamic echocardiographic indicators and cardiac function, with a considerable overall treatment effect.
