足月胎膜早破破水至分娩的间隔时间对母婴结局的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of the time interval between premature rupture of fetal membranes and delivery on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods The clinical data of 442 cases of full-term premature rupture of membranes in Xingcheng Women and Children′s Hospital from June 2015 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into group A(＜12 h,259 cases),group B(12-60 h,132 cases)and group C(＞60 h,51 cases)according to the time from rupture to delivery.The delivery methods and maternal and infant outcomes were compared among the three groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in blood loss 24 h after delivery and length of postpartum hospital stay among the three groups(P＞0.05).The rate of cesarean section in group C was higher than those in groups A and B,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of chorioamnionitis in group C was higher than those in groups A and B,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of chorioamnionitis in group B was higher than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of intrauterine distress and the hospitalization rate of newborns in group C was higher than those of groups A and B,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The shorter the time from premature rupture to delivery,the better the outcome.The longer the time from premature rupture to delivery,the higher the incidence of newborn complications.In order to improve the prognosis of mothers and newborns,it is suggested that those with premature rupture of membranes at term should be actively admitted to hospital for induction of labor,and the time interval between rupture and delivery should be shortened as far as possible.
