微螺钉种植体支抗技术在老年口腔修复正畸治疗中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of micro-screw implant anchorage technique in orthodontic treatment of the elderly.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients in need of oral prosthesis in Iron Coal General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divide into a study group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The two groups were treated with different prosthodontics and orthodontics,the control group received the repair method of segmental arch,and the study group received the technique of microscrew implant anchorage technique.Clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,pain-free time after eating,quality of life score and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.0%,which was higher than that in the control group(76.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The time of disappearance of oral symptoms and pain-free time after eating were shorter in the study group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of life score and degree of satisfaction were higher in the study group than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Oral prosthetic orthodontic therapy has a good clinical effect on elderly patients with oral diseases.The patients have a higher quality of life score and a higher satisfaction level.The appearance score and function score of the patients are significantly improved.It is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
