经脐单孔腹腔镜手术在输卵管结扎中的安全性及有效性观察

Abstract Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic surgery in tubal ligation.Methods A total of 60 married women of the right age who voluntarily asked for tubal ligation in the Sixth People′s Hospital of Huizhou from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objective and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with translation of core packing method,and the observation group was treated with transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic surgery.The surgical indicators and postoperative follow-up conditions were compared between the two groups,and the safety,acceptability and effectiveness of both surgical methods were evaluated.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group were less than that of the control group,the intraoperative pain of the observation group were lower than that in the control group,the postoperative observation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the rate of intraoperative abnormalities of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference of total intraoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).One month after the surgery,the influence of daily life,labor force and ovarian function in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after the surgery,the menstrual abnormality rate was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Follow-up for 12 months,neither group experienced a pregnancy.Conclusion Transumbilical singleincision laparoscopic surgery is more safe,effective,less pain,less bleeding,rapid recovery and other advantages than translation of core packing method.And the hidden pelvic lesions can be found during the operation,the wound healing rate is faster,and the incidence of poor wound healing is lower.
